Joe graduated from Little Elm High School, then went on to play college baseball for North Lake CC and Lubbock Christian University. After his playing career was over, he returned to the North Texas area where he graduated from the University of North Texas with a Business Degree in Production and Operations Management.
After college, Joe worked in the Network Cabling Infrastructure industry as a cable technician and project manager/estimator for several years before opening his own company where he designed, installed, and managed inside/outside plant copper and fiber optic projects for 15+ years. During this time, Joe also bought and sold real estate, performed small remodeling projects and worked for several reputable roofing companies in the North Texas Area as a project manager.
In 2011, Joe earned his teaching certificate and began working as a High School Teacher and Head Golf Coach in the North Texas area. In September of 2021, he accepted a role with World Wide LanTec as Operations/Special Projects Manager. He utilized his skills and 30+ years of experience managing day-to-day operations and the installation/buildout of custom rack systems for Defense Contractors and the Military. During this time, creating and building a new product line, company sales increased 30%.
He has a wife of 31 years and a 28-year-old son. In his free time, he enjoys competing in golf tournaments, cooking and beach life!
